Really lovely buying experience. I initially ordered a fountain that was out of stock. Most online stores would simply cancel the order and process a refund, but Wayne actually took the time to reach out to see if that was what I wanted or whether there was another option I was interested. I ended up swapping to this fountain instead. The fountain is perfect, and Wayne was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
