Very difficult to control from rear controller

No problems with Pramsrus.com.au, terrific service.
However the EVO Traveller Rollator has some issues.
My wife uses the rollator and comments the joystick is far too sensative. When i am pushing her in the rollator or using the rear controller is impossible to steer it on anything but a flat surface a very slight camber and it is almost impossible to control, no problems on flat surface. I am 76 years old and have great difficulty steering it from behind i just wants to follow the camber and it is imposible to go in a straight line, I am constantly trying to twist it to keep it straight, just about killed me after 5 minutes trying to control it from the rear controller. Would i have bought it if i could have tried it first, proberbly not
